Operated by an extraordinary staff of individuals with and without disabilities, Café Shalva is an inclusive workplace that redefines hospitality and creates meaningful opportunities for all. From the kitchen to the front of house, every detail is crafted with care. Our menu was developed in collaboration with top chefs and culinary institutions, offering a vibrant selection of fresh salads, rich pastas, grilled fish, and decadent desserts.
